We are a full-service construction manager and general contractor based in Ft. Myers, Florida.  John Stultz, Founder and Principal, has lived in southwest Florida since 1965, and has nearly 30 years of local experience in the construction industry.  Our clients may choose from a menu of services based on their specific needs, including Construction Management, General Contracting, Design-Build, and LEED Certification.

Although the firm is relatively young, Mr. Stultz has assembled a highly experienced and qualified team of professionals, many of whom have more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry.  As a firm, we have experience across all types of commercial projects – including single- and multi-story construction (conventional, tilt-up and pre-engineered metal buildings), tenant improvements and commercial renovations – and have established a strong track record in both public/government and private contracts.  Additionally, we have developed an expertise in “green building” techniques and have a LEED Accredited Professional on staff.

The firm is a member of the following organizations:  Lee County Building Industry Association, the National Association of Home Builders, the U.S. Green Building Council, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
