Established by John Stultz in 2001, STULTZ, INC. is founded on the philosophy that quality construction goes well beyond materials and craftsmanship, and this philosophy still rings true today under the current leadership of Jeff Stultz. A commitment to quality must prevail throughout the management of contracts, risk, relationships, and the financial integrity of each and every project.

We are a full-service construction manager and general contractor based in Ft. Myers, Florida, but we work with clients throughout the entire state. Jeff Stultz, President, has lived in Southwest Florida since 1979 and has more than 20 years of experience in the local construction community. Our clients may choose from a menu of services based on their specific needs, including Construction Management, General Contracting, Design-Build, Development Consulting.
Mr. Stultz has assembled a highly experienced and qualified team of professionals, many of whom have more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. As a firm, we have experience across all types of commercial projects and have established a strong track record in both public/government and private contracts. We are experts at commercial and retail development and construction, and can leverage that experience to help you achieve your goals.
