STULTZ, INC. is managing a phased renovation of a six-story, 72,000 square foot office building for the Lee County Board of County Commissioners in downtown Ft. Myers. The scope of work includes replacement of a defective chiller, selective demolition and remodeling of tenant spaces, elevator modernization, a comprehensive upgrade of life safety systems, new primary and emergency power systems, and renovations for ADA compliance.  All work is being completed while the building remains operational and open to the public.

STULTZ, INC. managed a phased renovation of a 7,000 square fire station and EMS facility.  The scope of work included sitework, site utilities, complete interior and selective exterior demolition, reconstruction of the facility, and a new addition for Lee County EMS. The facility, which is South Trail Fire District’s busiest station, remained fully operational during construction.
