Designated as one of the Top Five Projects of 2007 by the Ft. Myers News-Press, the Shops at Jamaica Bay is a 19,500 SF retail building in south Ft. Myers.  The scope of work included all sitework, site utilities and vertical construction.  STULTZ, INC. managed construction for the tenant improvements in for seven of the nine tenants.

STULTZ, INC. managed a major exterior face-lift of the Chrysler Jeep showroom, while the facility remained open to the public.  Subsequently, STULTZ, INC. managed interior renovations to the Chrysler Jeep, Kia, and Used Car showrooms to bring the facilities into ADA compliance.
